1. International Returns

- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
2. UAE Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3–5 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- UAE return shipping or pickup charges (if any) may be applicable depending on your location.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Worn or used products
- Customized or altered items
- Fragrances or personal care products (if seal is broken)
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees and additional charges are non-refundable.

1. Domestic Orders (Within the UAE)

3. Exchanges

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only for eligible returns or defective/damaged items.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed, and credit will be applied to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted if applicable.

5. Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped to you:

You will receive a gift credit for the returned item.
